Hotel Information: $159 single/double; To receive the MLTC group rate, hotel reservations must be received by the cut-off date of December 17, 2018. Cancellation/Substitution Policy: Please notify the Partnership of cancellations or substitutions. Cancellations MUST be received in writing by our Finance Department no later than Friday, December 21, 2018. Registrations made after December 21 cannot be cancelled. All cancellation requests must be emailed to fiscal@communityactionpartnership.com AND swatkins@communityactionpartnership.com. A handling charge of $130 per person will apply to all cancellation requests. After December 21, 2018, registrations fees CANNOT be refunded. Substitutions may be submitted up to January 11, 2019; submit all substitution requests to Sranda Watkins by email at swatkins@communityactionpartnership.com. Refunds of cancellation payments received by check will be issued after the conference, no later than February 15, 2019.
